Chinese blue and white moulded plate, Kangxi (1662-1722), with gently lobed rim, decorated to the centre with a large peony spray surrounded by forget-me-not and boughs of plum blossom, the wide rim with radiating panels containing peacocks amongst large scrolling floral blooms, the reverse with three fruiting or floral boughs and a central square mark within concentric blue circles to the base
